1. Services Provided

KO Automations provides business automation consulting and implementation services including (but not limited to):

• AI automation systems
• CRM setup and integrations
• Marketing automation
• Lead capture and booking systems
• Admin and workflow automation

All services are provided on a consulting and implementation basis and are tailored to each client.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to improve efficiency, revenue, and business performance through automation, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, lead volumes, or business growth.

Results depend on many external factors including your market, offer, sales process, implementation speed, and ongoing management.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond in a timely manner when approvals or inputs are required
• Maintain access to required third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, email, phone systems)
• Use automations responsibly and in compliance with Australian law

You are solely responsible for how automation tools are used within your business.

4. Payments & Fees

• Fees will be agreed in writing before work begins
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise
• Setup fees, monthly fees, or project fees must be paid as agreed
• Late payments may result in paused services or revoked access

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Third-Party Software & Platforms

KO Automations may use third-party platforms including (but not limited to):

• CRM systems
• SMS & email providers
• AI automation tools
• Hosting and analytics platforms

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for outages, service limitations, pricing changes, or failures of third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom automations, workflows, templates, and systems built by KO Automations remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use systems created for your business.
• You may not resell, duplicate, or distribute our systems without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

• Business information
• Login credentials
• Automation structures
• Internal processes

This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KO Automations is not liable for:

• Loss of profit or revenue
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 30 days prior to a claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

KO Automations reserves the right to immediately terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are breached
• Systems are used unlawfully
• Misuse of automation causes harm or legal exposure

Upon termination, access to systems may be revoked.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
• Copy or scrape content without permission
• Use the site for unlawful activities

We may suspend or block access for violations.

11. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected and handled.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

13. Changes to Terms

KO Automations may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
